The Lofts on Clematis 304 Downtown West Palm Beach

Location is perfect, right at the end of Clematis St, which is a commercial center, with many restaurants and stores around. Also, there's a public parking just 1 block away, which costs USD5 during weekends. The room was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Mattress wasn't soft, but it's alright for me. If you stay during weekends, there's a food/artisan fair right in Clematis St. with lots of things to see/buy/try.

Great location, modern and clean with plenty of room.

The problem was the bed was like a concrete slab and too low and the A/C didn’t work very well so it was a little hot.

I loved that it was so clean, and then it was so spacious It was well equipped with kitchen utensils, except for a small frying pan, which would be a nice addition Also, they did have certain amenities like some coffee and some tea I didn’t realize it was right above all the shops, but it was still super quiet inside

I didn’t like the impersonal nature of the communications. It sounded like I was being responded to you by an auto responder property manager type and not a person. It didn’t seem like there was any flexibility in what time I could arrive as the doors did not unlock until 10 minutes before 4 PM, and it seemed like it was a pretty rigid around rules and regulations. Not a warm and fuzzy welcome And the coffee I requested was not received because I wasn’t in the apartment when the cleaning ladies came. It should’ve been left in a bag outside the door if nothing else. Also, the bed was extremely firm and that was a big problem for me because I had to use 5 pillows on top of the bed in order to sleep it was so hard.
