The Lofts on Clematis 503 Downtown West Palm Beach

Getting access to the property was more challenging than it needed to be. The door accees code I received wasn't correct. THAT SAID, I did email the support team for a new code and quickly received a new code, so that was good.

Everything consorning my stay at the loft was very good 👍

Convenient location, quiet room.

This location was right in the middle of all the action. There are many restaurants, bars, breakfast and coffee shops, all in just steps from the apt. They even provided beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas for free which we totally utilized!

everything was perfect, I couldn't think of anything I didn't like if I tried!

The room and location was great.

The TV did not work on the one night I wanted to use it. It was noisy due to facing a street with night club. The staff did not tell me to return the parking card but required to be returned. The customer service was not good.

Lively street. Close to the intercoastal and Palm Beach island. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Spacious.

We pre-arranged dropping our luggage off ahead of checking into the hotel room. However, it was a struggle to get the door code to be able to do so, and later getting our luggage back at checkin time also required a wait. Perhaps communication between hosts, guests and onsite staff could be made easier.

Very convenient and close to everything. On site staff very helpful and super accommodating!
