The ease of access, secure parking, good that it had its own door to get in.

There was an awful smell of Indian cooking spices that must of been being used to cook by the person who usually lives in then room. Unfortunately the smell is hard to get rid of but scented candles or some form of air freshener should have been used. The windows are ceiling to floor huge and the long blinds are mostly broken letting in a massive amount of light making it hard to sleep, especially when daylight broke. Tv didn’t have any channels. Bedroom door didn’t have a key to lock for security in to main flat. All these things are easily cured and hopefully will be.

The host was delightful, the property was perfect for my needs. I loved that it had a private entrance and kitchen facilities, bed was perfect, property spotless I really liked the area, quite a way from central London but that wasn’t a problem for me. Transport links were good, shops and restaurants nearby

The bed was excellent, and the heater was very good because it was cold. Mary was an excellent host. She’s an angel.
