Location
I booked my place late. It was like 3:00 when I booked it. It was a nightmare getting inside. Thankfully the guy came outside. I was stuck outside till about 5:15 and they wouldn't go through the system. That's the only downfall is it took me way too long to get inside I was stranded outside with my suitcase an hour past check in

The staff was so accommodating and kind. Evacuating for a storm is never easy and truly felt compassion from the staff on every level. The location was perfectly located in downtown West Palm Beach, walkable to everything and felt very safe. The room was so spacious and had so many amides even a steamer~
Nothing the only thing I would plan for during your stay is Parking but a public garage is so close.

Great location and easy to get to Palm Beach or downtown WPB. Spacious and clean, with very responsive management for any questions. They provided towels and beach chairs upon request and check in was prompt and easy to access. It was much quieter than I expected for being on the main street downtown and was a very pleasant stay.
