Clean, value for money

Gosh where to start… the staff running Prime Doorstep are doing this apartment no favours. We stayed Monday 28th April. On Friday 3rd May I sent an email requesting our security deposit back as we’d not received it. No response. I emailed again on 7th May. No response. On Saturday 10th May I sent another email… the exact working was this… “Please advise within the next 48 hours when we will receive our security deposit. If I don’t hear from you I will have to take it up with my bank and also booking.com Miranda” It’s now 15th May (almost 3 weeks since our stay) and this was the response I finally got “I’m not sure where you’re getting these unnecessary silly threats The refund was successfully processed well in advance in the correct format for which you would’ve received an automatic refund notification had you bothered to check your junk folder emails Feel free to raise a dispute with your bank - this will delay your refund even further by an extra 75 days as it’ll have to be put on hold to ensure no duplicate amount is sent to you Many thanks” We received our refund on the day I sent my last email but I shouldn’t need to ask three times for a security deposit back… maybe they were hoping I’d forget? Prime Doorstep staff need some serious customer service training.

I loved the property itself, however it was so difficult to get in touch with any staff members. ive been calling and emailing since saturday and still have no reply at all. My deposit is what i have been asking about and nobody has got back to me

Close to centre

Owner had an attitude problem Won’t answer calls when requesting deposit well after the 7 days allowed for an inspection (which took place the same day we left) Bugs in the bathroom

The facilities was good and was clean

The staff are rude and can’t get in touch with them over the phone and not much help really and no mention about a deposit until you book

Amazing beds. Lovely modern, clean apartment.

Kitchen very ill equipped. No sieve or colander, no scissors. Hard to get hold of owner - dread to think what would have happened in an emergency.
