Sunset View w/ King BednWI-FI at Grace Res, Taguig

Great unit, nicely kept, you could see that the owner takes good care of the place. Two water bottles, coffee and Colgate and toothpaste and indoor slippers were provided. Has a nice small dinning area, wardrobe, extra beddings and Netflix.

1. Food deliveries will not be received by the front desk staff. I was stuck in traffic and asked if the food could be left at the front desk or the unit door by the guards but they refused saying it’s not allowed. The building should make an exception for such cases . 2. Traffic in that area is really bad. Had to wait over an hour for my cab to pick me up at BGC and it took almost 1hr 30mins to go from BGC to Grace Residence. E

The furniture and view where nice

I love the ambience, very accessible , with starbucks , restaurants and supermarket

The swimming pool is not available during weekend, we don’t enjoy it because we stayed Satuday and Sunday. Hope next time when we come back we can use the pool.
