Central location; whoever manages the place answers quickly.

Place is barely suitable to live in. Windows don’t work properly, there are no curtains, the hot water doesn’t always work, the main gate is always open, entrance hall is full of dirt, the bathroom might need some of its pieces to be cleaned if not entirely swapped, and lacks any basic essentials.

Lo mejor es la ubicación; a 3 min caminando de la estación de buses (tanto urbanos como los turísticos Malta sightseeing), a 10 min caminado del centro de La Valeta, donde está todo, y a 5 min caminando del puerto que te lleva a las tres ciudades. El agua caliente del baño 10 puntos; dispone de toallas y sábanas limpias y todo lo necesario para cocinar allí. Las camas son cómodas. El propietario/encargado está atento y servicial.

Difícil de encontrar al llegar; las indicaciones para encontrar el portal no fueron demasiado precisas. El edificio es viejo y la entrada poco iluminada por lo que el acceso es un poco incómodo. Los enchufes son complicados (para los que venimos de España), tienen interruptor y funcionan diferente.

We had a broken waterheater during our stay. The contact with the owner was via WhatsApp and very fast. The came even in the afternoon, because the water was dripping. On the next day it was fixed, the brought new towel and cleaned everything thing. We also got a reparation.

A light outside at the staircase would be nice, but that's not in responce of the owner.

t is a modest apartment in a very good area. The house is old with all that implies good and bad..

Doors and windows without gaskets that do not insulate. The room is very high, the air conditioner is placed near the ceiling, probably good for cooling in the summer but almost ineffective for heating in the winter. I paid and stayed 7 days for 3 people. I received a total of 5 towels to use and one to put on the floor in the bathroom. consumables such as toilet paper, hand washing gel are insufficient. Coffee not even for the first morning. There is a washing machine, but no washing powder, not even for 1-2 washes. There are small but annoying things when you don't know in advance that you dont have them . I explained the problems, I asked for a change for towels because they don't dry in winter conditions(not happened) . I asked for washing powder for 1-2 washes because I can't buy less than 8-12 washes(not hapening) . They only solved coffee on day 3 and toilet paper. In conclusion, I don't recommend renting for longer than 3-4 days during the winter, because nothing dries, you don't have a towel to change. But the most annoying moment was that during the first discussion with the host regarding my observations, their answer was a repulsive one that they only give a starter and I have to take care of everything else. They solved only part of the requested issues and only after repeated exchanges of opinions and discussions.
