My brother and his family loves the house, its walking distance to the town, parking is convenient and Tina is responding fast on their queries and giving good help.

Lovely of the hosts to leave treats out to welcome us at the start of our stay and the bedrooms were lovely.

The biggest issue was that the property is not set up to comfortably seat 4 people in communal areas, so there was always one person perched on a dining room chair in the corner of a room when relaxing, so glad we were only there for a few days. Clearly used as a holiday home as things had gone unnoticed such a broken towel rail, cracked dish etc. The upstairs bathroom could also use hazard tape as a few of us bumped our heads and our child fell into the bathroom due to the unexpected drop. I also feel as though there could be a more thorough cleaning process between stays considering the property is dog friendly, and we were told on arrival that dogs aren’t allowed upstairs which is important to know in advance and a dog / baby gate could be useful in this case. Finally, we had a massive panic on route to the property whereby we had been sent incorrect instructions to check in to a different address and it was clear that somebody else had been sent instructions to our address. We then couldn’t reach the host until we were 1 minute away and I feel as though it was not acknowledged as to how stressful this had been for us.

Gorgeous property, beautifully decorated. One of the nicest places we have stayed. The kitchen has everything you need. Lots of little touches such as welcome bottle of Prosecco and Christmas decorations. Very comfortable beds. An easy 10 minute walk from town.

If you’re a light sleeper you might need earplugs for the front bedroom as there is some traffic noise.

A beautifully decorated immaculate house where we enjoyed our stay . Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, very clean and spotless.

It was perfect for us and our dog! It was immaculate with everything you need. Not very often somewhere is as nice as the photos and we would definitely stay there again.

The place was very clean and has every facility you would expect for a luxurious stay. Lots of tasteful art and space to sit and relax - includes 3 TVs. Careful use of blinds and double glazing to screen out the busy road outside the front door. Well equipped kitchen and with upstairs and downstairs bathrooms with modern showers. Prompt response to booking enquiries and online parking permit (but no allocated on-street parking space).

Busy road outside and no onsite parking. The mattress in front bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. Kitchen space is a little tight. Perilous steps at the top of the stairs into the upstairs bathroom with no safety rails. Very concerning for my elderly mother at night.

Great location as a short flat walk into the town and it's historic places of interest, river, shops and restaurants. It is also an easy walk to the station and race course!

We didn't like the traffic noise in the front bedroom as the property is located on a main road into Stratford and the small freezer/ icebox in the fridge.
