"Great base for a stay on the IOW."

This was a flat in a block. Saying that it was quiet, it has lovely patio doors and small balcony overlooking the grass. The kitchen was well equipped for a self catering stay… only thing missing if I’m being picky was oven trays. Easy to locate especially with accompanying instructions. Right on coast with nearby town and pubs/restaurants/shops. Clean and comfy.

Nothing not to like.

Nice modern apartment with everything you need for a short stay on the Isle of Wight. Spacious accommodation with nearby parking and only 30 minutes walk to Ventnor Beach along the lovely coastal path. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. The road to get to the property is not for the faint hearted but all the pre-arrival instructions sent ensured we were prepared.

Some of the furniture (wardrobe and chest of drawers) have not been put together very well so that was a very minor inconvenience.

We stayed for 5 days in Steve’s wonderful apartment, cherishing every day. The apartment was clean and everything was working fine and dandy and the great weather paired with this great apartment really made our trip memorable and enjoyable.
