Location is great. House rules and access information is clear. Rooms and toilets are very clean. Equipped with a karaoke system is a bonus where families normally don't buy this system in house or go for karaoke together.

Host request me to provide 5 star review if I would like to have an early check-in (which I rather check-in on time then). I was requested to pay for a broken equipment which I rejected since we never seen/used before during my stay. My main point here is that there are 2 entertainment facilities malfunctioning during my stay which is very bad since entertainment facilities is one of my main reason for this booking and I informed the host directly. What if I didn't inform them during my stay? Will I be requested to pay for these too? They should have calibrated all entertainment facilities before every customer's stay.
