Host Wise - Spacious Fresh Flat w Terrace - Near Sea

Great central location in Espinho, shops and brilliant cafe/bakery right next door. The apartment is very big, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a very big and nicely fitted-out open plan kitchen/lounge/eating area. Quite quiet condidering its central shopping area location. Most of Espinho is within easy walking distance and the waterfront with great beaches just five minute walk away. Food shopping and restaurants all nearby.

Paid car parking is easy nearby. If you park in a street bay, you WILL get a parking fine ticket at 9:30 am (by police) if not paid by 9.00 am. There is free parking at the waterfront, about 10 minutes walk away - it is 'watched over' in daytime by 'less fortunates'. We quite liked that as a concept that the municipal and police do not concern themselves with. I just gave them one euro each day.

Very spacious flat, amazing living room, 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, equipped with everything you need. Very clean and customer service was quick to answer. We had an issue with the Internet when we arrived but they tried everything to solve it asap. General nice flat, good location and highly recommended.

the doors of the rooms are transparent, meaning light is coming in from the living room or other rooms. We found that not very convenient, especially for a group with different sleeping times. As you are always disturbed by the light. The street is pedestrian, so there are not many cars but you hear everything when people are walking and talking. Sometimes can be a bit loud. Apart of that, perfect stay.

The location of the apartment is in the center of town and it's easy to walk anywhere. Easy walk from the train station. 10 minute walk to the beach. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Enough items in the kitchen that you could cook if you want to. Great water pressure in the showers.

The description on Booking includes "soundproof". However, there is a busy cafe directly below so there always seemed to be noise - chairs moving, etc. You can also hear people walking by at night if they are talking. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be your place. No paper products (except toilet paper) in the apartment. We bought paper towels, etc. for our stay.
