4 tiny bottles of shampoo for 5 people, neither soap in bathrooms nor capsule for dishwasher - it'd be nice to have at least small packages

- Muy buena zona, cerca la playa, del centro, tiendas y restauración. - Alojamiento limpio y ordenado. - Cocina nueva con todo tipo de aparatos. - Se aparca fácil en la zona.

- Hay que ir a una inmobiliaria a por la llaves. - En una habitación pensábamos que había camas y era sofá cama (por lo tanto, más incómodo). - Era una tercera planta y sin ascensor (incómodo para ir con maletas medianas o grandes) - La televisión estaba conectada a un aparato de internet-tv y no había mando para ver la tele. - Cada vez se entra mas tarde a los alojamientos.

No tiene ascensor. Es un poco frío. Las ventanas no cierran bien

The location was great, right next to a grocery store and within a 15/20-minute walk to most of the places we needed and wanted to go. It was relatively quiet and safe. We had a car, and parking was available nearby. Although there were some issues (two sticking-up nails that were stepped on before noticing, bathroom sink didn't drain, washing machine didn't work, window blinds wouldn't close), we called the manager and she arranged the next day for a repairman to fix everything. Not only did fix everything, but he also fixed things that no one even knew was a problem (insulation falling off the door; bathroom door scraping the floor, etc.) The place itself had gorgeous views and two working balconies (one balcony door didn't open), where we could sit, have breakfast, and relax. Cooking was easy to do, and there was some washing-up soap we could use to clean. One of the showers was really wonderful. There were two heaters and extra blankets because it's cold in November. The bath towels were wonderfully thick and lush. I recommend bringing your own shower soap and basics for tea/coffee because the grocery store doesn't open until 8am. All in all, after our trip to the grocery store and with everything working after the wonderful repairman left, it was an absolutely great place to stay.

The keys needed to be picked up at the managing office, which is about a five-minute drive away from the place. Because we came in later than 7pm, (pretty common, I thnk, because all flights don't accommodate their time schedule), we had to pay an extra €20. The woman greeting us could have been a little more patient and kind (granted, it was 10pm, but there had been plenty of warning about our late arrival). In the bathrooms, there was one little soap bar and no way to dry the towels in November (no heat in the bathroom). In the kitchen, there was about a half-cup of washing-up soap, one very small kitchen towel, and nothing else (no coffee, tea, sugar, pepper, condiments, etc.) When the guests have to come to the office to pick up the keys, I really suggest giving a small basket of a few tea and coffee bags, small sugar packets, a few more bars of soap (to equal the number of guests registered), and a small bottle of dishwashing soap - all wrapped in one or two kitchen towels. Not only would this make them feel more welcome, but it would also give a much better impression without too much extra cost.
