The ar3a has good security
The owner did not answer his phone number on Booking.com it went on unanswered for more than 2 hours and no directions were shared to the property and even how to obtain the keys to the peoperty. No directions to the property were provided when we booked. It took us 3 hours to access the property with no keys at the property. The guards had to use his private number to get hold of the owner and he came after an hour to give us the keys. The bathrooms needs to be cleaned and the property needs attention. Its a big property and with spacious rooms but they are now looking old needs a bit of painting to refresh the house. Furthermore the stove was not functuoning very well it will just switch off.
