Sofa in diner was broken and no fan or a/c was told when complained someone will come and fix it but had no reply

The location was beneficial to us, the bed was comfy.

I have never paid for an accommodation and have to stay with relatives just to get some sleep. The noise from other accommodation was horrendous the customer service was a joke. It seemed we were an inconvenience for making a complaint and yes happy to take our money. The apartments were separated by an interior wooden door with a lock. In from of this is the 2nd bed which is to the side of the other apartments front door. There is no level of noise control and you can hear everything your neighbour does, the door slamming woke us up every single time. The property was not clean and the sofa had a throw on it to cover the most disgusting stain. We had to rewash cutlery before using, the "oven" was tiny and for a small family of 3 this was not sufficient. There has been no planning permission for this to be and b&b type property which is probably why it was converted on the cheap meaning it was loud, noisy and just all around awful.
