USWe had an.issue with the TV-Internet connection. The host was there within 10 minutes to fix the issue. Great communication. Very friendly and helpful.
The heat had been turned on shortly before we arrived and hadn't had time to heat the flat. We took the comforter off the bed to cover our legs while watching TV. It would have been nice to have a couple of extra blankets available. A little later the flat was warm and comfy.
