We were a group of 12 adults and 2 children and stayed for 4 nights over Christmas. The property and garden are beautiful with views over the lake. It was super clean too. Alejandro and his partner Claudia are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They ensure that it is kept clean and tidy without being intrusive. Claudia was due to clean on Christmas Day but we said not to come as we wanted her to share the day with her family too. The pool and jacuzzi were fab and a great temperature. There is so much outside space to sit and relax. This really is a perfect place for 4 families. The downside is the noise from the road and the walking into town on such a busy road. We also became aware of a small amount of cash having been taken. There are instructions in the house to look after your cash so I wonder if something has happened before? It wasn’t all the cash, just notes totalling 1,750 pesos. This was going to be part of our tip so unfortunately we didn’t leave the planned tip of 3000 pesos. We didn’t mention it when it happened, but we knew exactly when it was taken and how much. There was one of our group at the property at all times and we only ever saw Alejandro and Claudia. Alejandro also said we were perfect guests.
