Plenty of free parking right outside the building. Easy to walk into the old town. Supermarkets close by. Very spacious, and clean. Comfy furnishings. Cool breeze on the balcony and aircon inside

The apartment was beautiful with everything we needed. It was so nicely decorated. The owner, Loredana, was so helpful and always available if we had any questions. We really liked the free parking and the lift to get our luggage up to the top floor. It was only about 15 minutes walk to the old town.

We would have been happier if a beach was closer. It was so windy, there was only one day we could have gone anyway.

The view of the sea as soon as you walked in the apartment was breathtaking! The space was open, modern, dreamy and romantic. It was very clean with all the comforts provided for a memorable stay. Lorenada was kind, friendly and happy to help us find experiences to make our stay enjoyable. She met us in the front and personally guided us thru parking our car. She responded quickly when asked advice on restaurants, and checked in on us via WhatsApp to make sure we were comfortable. She was a delight to rent from.

Loredana met us personally at around 2300 to explain access codes, Wi-Fi. She was very helpful friendly and gave us loads of recommendations for places to eat and visit. The apartment was perfect

Very modern, had all the facilities required, stunning views.

We had a great stay and a warm welcome from Loredana. She was always available for questions and concerns and the check-in also went smoothly. The apartment is large and beautifully furnished. Above all, it was clean and you had a beautiful view of the sea. The free parking directly in front of the accommodation and only a few minutes' walk from the old town was also a big plus. There were always free spaces, even late in the evening. I would really emphasize this, as the streets around the old town were very crowded, especially in the evening. We can really only recommend this accommodation and would book it again at any time.

Spacious, modern, bright and great view. The owner was very attentive to make sure we were comfortable. The onsite parking is great. Location is great to go in and out of Monopoli. A very happy stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful well presented apartment exceptionally clean. Lovley sea view. Host was readily available to help with our requests and very accommodating.

Apartment slightly further away from old town than expected but this was not a problem. But close to train station and bus stops
