Blue Cottage - 3 bedroom cottage in Feock

Location: proximity to Leo Beach, Truro is a 15 minute drive away. Bedrooms, bathroom, dining and living rooms are beautiful and functional. Kitchen, though dated, is well stocked with all required appliances and utensils. Welcome pack of essential food (milk, bread, eggs, wine) was highly appreciated.

Characterful cottage in a lovely location. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, one double, four single. Very pleasant and responsive contact person who dashed over with dishwasher tablets and a cafetiere. Lovely local trips to Trelissick Gardens, Roseland via King Harry Ferry and further to Penzance and Mousehole. Swimming and sailing at Loe Beach.

Being a traditional cottage with small windows it's a little dark, but really nothing we didn't like. We think it's quite expensive, as most places in Cornwall are post covid, and it's understandable that visitor numbers are down this year. Many business owners were remarking on it.

Location was great, very quiet and beautiful. New bathroom very nice. Beds comfortable

The dining room smelt strongly of kerosene oil. Even with windows open. It was not nice and I wouldn't want to stay there if the weather was not good so the windows had to be shut. Overall the decor (excluding the new bathroom) was tired. Outside paint peeling off woodwork. Kitchen particularly dated. However all appliances worked. Trays in oven dirty.

Everything

The only small thing I was missing was more comfortable sitting outside. Other points fantastic.
