I pavimenti erano sporchi. C’erano palle di polvere e capelli in più punti della casa. Il pavimento della cucina era appiccicoso come anche i fornelli. Le lenzuola e le federe era molto stropicciate. Il fatto di dover recuperare e riportare le chiavi a 10 minuti di distanza dall’appartamento fa perdere un sacco di tempo. La cosa più assurda è che quando siamo entrati c’era l’asciugatrice che andava con dentro lenzuola e strofinacci che ho tirato fuori io. Il lavandino del bagno, oltre a essere scheggiato, si intasava ad ogni utilizzo. Gli infissi non sono dei migliori perché dalle finestre chiuse entrava un sacco di freddo, per non parlare degli schiamazzi dei ragazzini il sabato durante tutta la notte. Anche le tende non era davvero oscuranti, spesso avevo i fari delle auto puntati in faccia la notte. Mi sembra un po’ pretenzioso chiamare un appartamento lussurioso arrivati a questo punto.

Key pickup and drop off

The apartment was much more spacious than I expected, the TV had all the streaming services you could want and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with useful items.

The bathroom could have done with a bit of a deeper clean, and only having one key was a bit difficult as you have to use the fob to get into the apartment block.

Great location near castlefield and Deansgate, Flat was very clean and spacious for two people. Great water pressure in the shower and fully equipped with everything you could need.

Flat is looking a little tired, as is the building in which it is located.

Old tired bathroom grout dirty seals mouldy was hand basin cracked towels were old kick plate in kitchen loose iron dirt y.

Location was perfect.

Very good location near bus,rail and tram stops, the Home arts venue and near the shops and eateries in the city centre. Furniture was modern. Good security due to the entrance to the block requiring a key fob. Keys are collected a short walk away on Oxford Road - open 24 hours Good facilities - excellent shower, large TV, very comfy sofa and bed, microwave, oven, washing machine.

A key security box would be helpful. For light sleepers, blackout curtains would be good rather than white blinds. A bit noisy at night but that's to be expected in a busy city centre.
