Apartament czysty,wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne ,idealna lokalizacja wszędzie blisko. Kontakt z właścicielem super,(możliwość pozostawienia bagażu przed jak i po wymeldowaniu była dużym pozytywnym zaskoczeniem)

"Très bon choix de location pour une découverte de Bologne."

Nous avons apprécié d'être chaleureusement accueillis en personne plutôt que d'avoir à récupérer les clés dans un boitier. Nous avons aussi apprécié la disponibilité de notre hôte et l'ensemble des informations sur Bologne mises à disposition (sites, musées, restaurants). L'appartement est charmant, très propre et idéalement situé (au calme et à moins de 10 minutes du centre historique). A noter que notre hôte propose un service de bagagerie gratuit, un gros plus qui tend à devenir rare !

Suggestions d'amélioration : l'espace cuisine est un peu étroit pour préparer et prendre les repas à trois personnes (deux places assises uniquement). Peut-être serait-il possible de déposer le comptoir ce qui rendrait la cuisine plus facilement accessible et de le remplacer par une table et des chaises dans la pièce salon. Mettre à disposition un guide d'utilisation de l'air conditionné.

Gute Betten in den Zimmern, gute und ruhige Lage, guter Kontakt

Sofabett extrem durchgelegen und unangenehm, selbst zum sitzen, für mehr als 2 Personen keine Möglichkeit beim Essen zum sitzen, Wohnung (v.a. Wohnzimmer) ist viel kleiner, als sie auf den Bildern wirkt

"Great time visiting Bologna!"

Very good location, quiet, clean, 10min walk from the centre... Comfy beds, AC, all the devices functioned properly. Host was waiting for us and gave us the key and gave us some initial info. They also given us excellent recommendation for car-parking place (12e/day) at Viale Enrico Panzacchi 10

It would be nice to have more than 4 glasses, and some coffe mugs... Other than that, I had no complaints. For some reason in description it says 80sqm, but it is more like 50... but that is not important at all, as it is comfy enough.
