Apartamento cómodo y bonito, y práctico en toda la familia.

De inicio, está mal indicado la situación del apartamento. A posteriori, tiene varios accesos y zona muy tranquila.

We absolutely loved the apartment and the complex — it was modern, spotless, and very well maintained. The two balconies were a real bonus: breakfast overlooking the sea in the morning, lunch or dinner watching the golfers in the afternoon and evening. The pool area was lovely too, though do be careful — we had a few stray golf balls land near us one day! The welcome pack was a lovely gesture and much appreciated as we only travelled with hand luggage. However, we booked this apartment specifically because it was advertised as a two-bedroom, but unfortunately the second “bedroom” is not really a bedroom at all. Two of its walls are glass with only a see-through net curtain, offering no privacy, and the chair bed provided was very poor quality — uneven cushions, one soft, one hard as a brick, and the base kept moving. We would not have felt comfortable letting our son sleep on it. In the end, he slept on the sofa bed in the lounge, which meant we couldn’t relax there in the evening as planned. The apartment itself is beautiful and well-equipped, though the dining table was a bit large for the space and tricky to move around. The complex is impeccable and clearly very well looked after by the maintenance team. The guidebook provided could do with updating — we only found out on our last day (from another guest) that there are two heated pools in Pebble Village that weren’t mentioned. Overall, we’d happily stay again if it was just the two of us — but not as a family, unless the second bedroom had a proper bed and more privacy.

Not 2 bedroom

Nous avons passé 8 jours dans cet appartement et franchement, rien à dire : tout est propre, bien organisé, appartement équipé de tout ce qu'on a besoin, et situé dans un quartier très calme, sans aucun dérangement. Le balcon offre une vue agréable sur le golf. Sans oublier le professionnalisme de l’établissement qui gère cet appartement. Nous reviendrons sûrement dans ce bel apprt lors de notre prochain séjour à Tenerife.

Absence de parking privé, lait un peu petit et pas trop confortable

the Welcome pack and bottle of water and wine were very helpful. the kitchen was beautifully modern and well equipped with big fridge/freezer washing machine and dish washer. Everything was spotlessly clean. Administration was clear and without hitch. Air conditioning in main bedroom and lounge. Tv in bedroom. Outlook from front terrace overlooking golf course was quiet and peaceful. Security level was good - exterior grills and safe in wardrobe.

lack of black out curtains in bedroom- we were awake at the crack of dawn with the flimsy net curtaining. insufficient crockery and cutlery- only 3 mugs .dishwasher use requires more than bare minimum of crockery. Terraces were smaller than expected. We have stayed in similar properties with terraces with sun loungers. TV had no english channels - although we survived with the app Plex which showed some English films/ old Tv programmes Although it did not impact on us - the second bedroom was a joke! Not a real bed just a single sofa bed in a cupboard - with again no blackout curtain.

Nice apartment, well equipped. The terrace was a nice addition. Location in a peaceful and quiet area, next to the golf course, close to the ocean. Parking on nearby streets was not a problem. Good contact with the stuff, quick response.

We had stayed in another property on the same street one year ago, so we really like the area. This apartment was smaller and more modern. We liked the modern decor and all of the kitchen and bathroom appliances.

Just a couple of small improvements would have helped make our stay even better. 1. There was only one very temporary hook in the bathroom and this was only suitable for a handtowel. Adding some hooks or a towel rail behind the door or above the washing machine would help to keep towels fresh and dry 2. Including some pool towels would be helpful, as there is a pool available for use.

The property has all the things that you may need during your stay. Double bed is comfy and the sofa in the living room can be converted to a double bed also. The kitchen and bathroom are almost brand new. Propert management company is very helpful, understanding and welcoming which made our stay great. The other advantage is the location. It is very close to the touristic spots as well as the airport.

Single sofa bed mechanism was complicated so we couldn't use it, besides it doesn't seem comfortable for kids. There were 4 pieces of cuttlery set so we had to wash them before each use.
