location wasnt that great, and since it was cold, the lack of insulation, especially around the windows, kept the place on the cool side. Having to go outside to the bathroom was a bit inconvenient for the price.
USConveniently located in Ghost Town area of Terlingua. Older Avion trailer has been retrofitted with normal furnishings and comfortable queen bed. The private bathroom is a separate building adjacent to trailer, which is clean and spacious with a great shower.
With Bookings added fees, it’s very pricey at $220/night during slow season. Best to go directly to host.

DEUSUSThe Desert Pearl is amazing! Booked this for a couples retreat at Big Bend, my wife thought it was adorable and had all the necessaties for your stay. We absolutely loved the hot shower, excellent after a long day of hiking! Great place to disconnect but was actually the only location that we had cell service. There is wifi on the property but it wasn't needed for our stay. We gazed at the stars, heard howling coyotes every night, saw bunnies, bats and heard an owl right outside the window. The location is minutes to the Big Bend entrance. Several restaurants are at walking distance which we enjoyed. The view of the Chisos Mountains are spectacular! Coleman was a wonderful host and easy to be reached if needed.
Everything was great and had no complaints or issues.
FRPas grand chose.... Beaucoup trop de couvertures et autres textiles douteux en tous genres qui traînent partout, mobilier hors du temps, aspect extérieur de la caravane très rebutant (donne l'impression d'être des "tinkers".....décevant
Ne correspond pas à la présentation photographique!! Ne sont pas signalés les 2 énormes containers de cargo qui voisinent plus que directement !!! , ni la proximité immédiate de la route, ni l'accès recouvert de gros cailloux (attention aux bagages à roulettes...), etc....
