Petite maison située côté route ,accès par derrière en passant par une autre maison pour la plage. Logement propre Arrivée autonome très bien expliqué par le propriétaire

Devant de la maison très mal entretenu (c’est l’endroit où se trouve la terrasse)(toilette posé en face, mégots par terre, pas de hamacs, 1 chaise longue sale,) vraiment dommage !

As always, the beach location is perfect. Although not facing the beach, there is no need to cross the street to get there. It's a few minutes walk to the pier and about 40 meters to the sea. Great hot water and shower, complimentary hot and cold drinking water dispenser, fully equipped kitchen and nice outdoor seating area. Great value for money.

At night there were intermittent power failures in the area so it was annoying to get woken up by a rattling fridge and beeping microwave so I had to unplug them. I don't think this is common. The whole street looked like a Christmas tree which was kind of fun to watch. Wish there was a bedside lamp.

Mindre bolig ved vandet, men meget mørk.

Toilettet var total i stykker ved ankomst,og der var ikke ekstra vand til at skylle ud med og derfor ville vi ikke bo der. Efter lange diskussioner med værten fik vi lov til at bytte bolig til Villa Gaviota, som er huset mod vandet og en del af den samlede bygning. Først skulle vi betale ekstra pga beliggenhed og større bolig, dernæst fik vi tilbudt at nogen kunne komme og reparere toilettet (på en søndag), men jeg sagde at jeg ville aflyse det hele og truede med at skrive en dårlig anmeldelse på booking.com. Derefter byttede vi og boede virkelig dejligt i et større hus med terrasse direkte til havet. Derfor er det mere rimeligt at jeg laver anmeldelse på det andet hus.

The apartment was tastefully decorated and everything was new and working. The towels were brand new and super thick. The bed was comfortable and Marisol was very helpful. There is a drinking water dispenser which offers hot and cold water, a small weber BBQ, two working aircon units, good shower pressure and was very clean. It's right on the beach which is great and it's a short walking distance to the pier and local food places. Private parking, which is a plus for me as, during a previous stay in a nearby location, I had my spare tire stolen. I'd say for a place right on the beach, this was a good value and would book it again.

The dining tables and chairs (both outside and inside) were big, tall and somewhat uncomfortable. The neighbors were a bit noisy but that's part of the charm of Mexican living. It's wasn't too bad and it was quiet enough to sleep well. The only view I had was of the parking lot but it didn't bother me as I was on the beach most of the time. The apartment gets very hot in the afternoon so there's no getting around using aircon.

No instructions, no toilet seat, very small bed, no safe, no sea view (there is a narrow path to the side of the two sea front apartments).
