"miserable Kommunikation - zusätzliche Ausgaben für Parkplatz - schlechte Ausstattung - Appartment ok"

Es war sauber, ausser teilweise die Teller

Kommunikation miserabel Ausstattung der Küche ungenügend Kein Parkplatz wie angegeben, dadurch Zusatzkosten Ich hatte 3 mal geschrieben, nie eine richtige Antwort erhalten auf meine Frage! Telefonisch am Anreisetag nicht erreichbar! Es gab keinen Parkplatz da dieser scheinbar wegen Umbauarbeiten nicht verfügbar ist im September und Oktober, es ist Mai!! Auch hier keine Antwort. Somit hatten wir zusätzliche Ausgaben für den Parkplatz zu bezahlen. Es gab keine zweite Bettdecke für meinen Freund der auf dem Sofa schlief! In der Küche gab es keinen Lappen, keine Abwaschbürste, kein Handtuch nur einen alten Schwamm. Das Appartment ansonsten ist ganz schön aber diese Dinge das geht einfach nicht! Ich erwarte ein entgegenkommen des Preises für die Zusatzkosten wegen dem Parkplatz

Несериозно отношение на собственика. Ключът бе беше на уговореното място. Имахме късмет, че други гости на апартамент на същия собственик го бяха намерили с тяхната кутия и ни го дадоха. Нямаше отопление и допълнителни завивки. Нямаше дистанционно на телевизора.
