Pros: * Quiet location, especially for those who prefer places with fewer tourists. * Nice view from the window.

* Cockroaches in the kitchen. * Very thin walls. Throughout my entire stay, I could hear the neighbors upstairs arguing. * Very dirty windows that spoil the ocean view. *Your deposit will be returned two weeks after your check-out date.

Hervorheben möchte ich die superschnellen Antworten und Hilfe per Whatsapp, außerdem war die Wohnung super gepflegt und wirklich sauber. Danke an die Reinigungskraft, alles TOP! Highlight waren die 2 Relaxsofas! Man konnte toll entstpannen und den Wellen lauschen/das Meer beobachten.

Die Ausstattung in der Küche lässt noch viel Luft nach oben, hier sollte (für den hohenn Mietpreis) doch Mal etwas nachgebessert werden. Pfannen alle komplett schief und zerkratzt, nur 2 Espressotassen vorhanden, kein einziger Kaffee oder Teebecher. Die Nachbarn sind leider jeden Abend extrem laut und sehr lange wach, ohne Ohrstöpsel war schlafen nicht möglich.

Super widok na ocean. Mieszkanie spore, czyste, bardzo wygodne. Wszystkie sprzęty działały jak potrzeba. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą. Bardzo polecam to miejsce.

I didn't like the hosting company not taking my complaints seriously. Started with a deposit saga (all my fault for missing info), stressed that check-in info was not available till we arrived in Tenerife. Deposit returned 5 euro short. Once inside the property, we found many unacceptable things: - dirty floors with black and ginger colour hair (I am blond) and clouds of dust (the rest of property was clean) - freezer is out of order (ice melted) - ripped, broken blinds - lack of cups to make tea (although we've been offered to be brought from office) - flying pans surfaces are hopelessly scratched, dulled, and worn, body itself is slightly warped from years of use - pillows are another sad story - dirty, shape is long gone, fillings uneven and clumped, fabric thin and weary, showing faint stains. truly disquisting. Seeing them in a "luxury" apartment is almost surreal. - couldn't sit on the balcony and enjoy the view because the windows weren't clean for months - The kitchen lamp is hanging on one wire, another wire just sticking out - bathroom extractor fan is not working, making it awkward with smell as there is no window either The most upsetting was a response from the office: "The apartment was checked before your arrival and carefully cleaned. (We also have videos showing the condition in which the apartment was delivered to you). We acknowledge there may be minor imperfections, but the apartment corresponds exactly to the pictures and was properly cleaned before your stay." I do have my own pictures and videos, and maybe Booking.com might take us seriously.

This apartment was really big with two bedrooms. Kitchen dining room in one . Very modern and very clean. Right on the beach front
