Warm Heights 2BR with Pool & Free Parking

I love the beds, and the shower, and the host replied quickly

Yeah, outside of property looked clean

Not sure why they would take their time to inform me that they couldn’t host me. They allowed me to wait almost an hour or an email giving me access to the apartment when I finally arrived and asked for the door code was told that I was not able to stay there. This is after my check-in time was approved. My reservation was booked and confirmed, and I was sitting there at the property waiting on an email that we provide me with instructions on how to get into the room communicate. Communication is key. There’s no communication here. I don’t understand why I’ve was blacklisted, but accepting the payment and allowing me to go all the way over there I think it’s unacceptable for a professional business to be run so that being said this these apartments that they run or anything but professional in fact, they Unfortunately, for a neighborhood as nice as the one that this apartment complex is in it an eyesore I’m sure to the surrounding community.

Sadly the AC didn’t work then when it got cold no heat Response to AC wasn’t. Several back and forth - no one checking to see if fixed which it wasn’t over the 3 night stay. Kitchen supplies lacking including no can opener- when I asked for one; she indicated she’d look but never followed up and we went and bought one. No lamps next to beds or easy access to outlets near beds for phone charging The floors were dirty No cleaning supplies- no dish cloth or dust pan so you could sweep but not pick up the dirt

Great location

The parking space was next to construction and blocked the access to get around a bit. The pool was a bit dirty and couldn’t get in.

Staff was nice - contractor was a piece of work

Me and my kids were hot all night the ac didn’t cool it down till 3am . Woke up and took my kids to school and came bk to get ready for work and the water was off I had to pay for a hotel room just to take a shower for work . So I shoulda just paid for a hotel in the first place I had to pay double and be hot . The fact that I couldn’t take a shower or use the restroom in the morning at a sir b n b . I waited from 9am to 10:30 am for the water. I had to be at work at 11.

The location was great, with everything you need near by.
