Everything was clean and new, and the apartment was really well equipped. We loved playing a game of Monopoly Empire! There are 2 en suites and plenty of room for a family of 4 if children don't mind sharing the bed, or 2 couples. The property is situated on the edge of a village but it is a 4 min drive from Tescos and about 6 minutes in to Aylsham where there are plenty of conveniences.

There wasn't a hairdryer so myself and the kids had wet hair a couple of days, if I 'd have know or checked I could have brought my own. There was a lovely big TV with Netflix and all the streaming services but no live TV.

The house is clean, pristine, quality finishing and décor

A brand new build so everything in excellent condition. Comfortable beds. Relatively easy to find and gain entry.

A basic house manual would have been helpful, e.g. something in writing about the owners, the village, places to eat, how to lock the entrance door from the inside (push up the handle first), how to work the TV to get onto a TV channel etc.. Many people of an older generation would struggle to comprehend how to cook on the induction hob without any instructions if they hadn't used one before. There was an unpleasant musty smell in the shower room of one of the bedrooms. This cleared after a couple of hours of air extraction - probably best not to close the shower room door for prolonged periods. Loo seat wonky in other shower room.

Fantastic new ground floor apartment - tastefully decorated and well stocked. The owner was friendly, welcoming and communicated promptly providing all the essential information required. It is located in a quiet neighborhood & is a good base for visiting Norwich or coastal destinations.
