Isabel's wing! A stunning 2 bedroom Property

A lovely, well thought out annexe off the owners own home. Nice and clean and equipped with quality fixtures, furniture, and electricals. Lee and Natalie were on hand to help with any queries. After an earlier conversation, Natalie even found us details of a quiz night, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The annexe is ideally suited for those wanting to explore Norwich and the Norfolk Coast.

I agree with some previous reviews, the lack of hanging space is an issue. Dresses do not do well being hung from a hook. At few more hangers than the 2 provided would be a good start.

The price was very good for our 3 night stay. Equal distance from Norwich and Cromer. Good shopping and places to eat nearby.

Minor point but could would have like somewhere to hang clothes, but there was sufficient drawer space for our stay.

- Well equipped and had all the basics needed! - We loved the openness between the living-room and the kitchen - Having two bathrooms was a big bonus, as me and the second half could get ready at the same time - The bigger bathroom is reeeeally good! - The main bedroom’s bed was extremely comfortable - Big TV and comfortable sofa - 5 minute drive away from a Tesco! If you have a car, this is the perfect place to getaway, ESPECIALLY for the price!! :)

The location. Not much that can be done about this but beware! a) If you don’t have a car, I wouldn’t recommend staying here b) If you’re driving here, arrive before sunset. We arrived after sunset and the drive was horrific. Blind turns, dips, literally pitch black, and that’s for about 15-30 minutes of the journey! We almost crashed into some trees because we couldn’t see the road despite having full beams! After arriving, it was pitch black out which was terrifying as the accommodation sits opposite what looks like a bunker or something. Had no idea where to park or where to go once Google maps told us that we had arrived; it was pitch black. I think we were pretty scared on the first night because it really is in the middle of no where (hence why you should come here only if you have a car)! The next day though, as it was day, it was a LOT more relaxing. We could see the surrounding area, and it wasn’t as scary anymore (still in the middle of no where but the property has cameras and is in a small cluster of homes). We went on a walk around and the fresh air and fields were great! The property has outdoor lights; it would be nice to have these always on for when guests arrive because, without it, it’s almost impossible to find the place past sunset; took us 15mins AFTER arriving to figure it out. Would be good to have photo instructions too because what we thought was the back door was actually the front. Just drive here before sunset. You’ve been warned!

Lovely place, very nicely finished off internally and out, spacious, clean tidy & had everything you need.

Navigating the floods in the rural areas was difficult at times, definitely try to keep to the main routes where possible, although expected and recent rainfall hasn't helped this one.
