MUSTRA House Zadar - Private Pool & Sauna

A fantastic house in a cute and quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town but be prepared for a bit of walking (20 mins each way). Everything was provided and everything worked perfectly (not always the case when in a holiday rental) with even toiletries available and cleaning products to get us through our stay. The level of cleanliness and maintenance was the best we have ever seen. Outstanding! The hosts were super responsive and helpful. This house surpassed our expectations and we a most comfortable and relaxing stay.

The location was pretty good, and only a 20 minute walk to the centre. The apartment was extremely clean and very comfortable. The pool was excellent, and the communication from Dino couldn't have been better - he was very accommodating for all our requests.

Excellent accommodation in a quiet suburb. Close to the old town which is a 20 minute walk away. Fantastic pool and garden with a great decked area for dinning.

Exceptional high quality property in a quiet area with a lovely pool and sun beds. Spotlessly clean. We were a family of four adults and still plenty of space for us all. We loved it and will definitely return.

We had the pleasure of staying at MUSTRA House for the first time, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The house boasts a high-quality finish, with air conditioning in every room—an essential feature given the 35°C heat. The swimming pool was the perfect size for relaxation, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor dining areas. One delightful surprise was the ice-making machine. The location is ideal, just a short walk from shops, the old town, sunset points, and various restaurants. We loved our time here so much that we’re already planning to return next season! A big thank you to Dino for making our stay special—you’re a star!

Amazing property, and great host. Communication with the host was excellent both before and during the stay. The property was exceptional, air condtioned, plenty of room. Both bathrooms and kitchen facitilites excellent, additionally a great sauna. The pool was perfect for a family (along with sunbeds and cool seats), great garden and barbequeue. The sea and old town about 15 minute walk, a supermarket even nearer. We didn't have a car, and everything was close enough, so we didn't need one. The kitchen had a few items already there (coffee, dishwasher tablets etc), and the host left us some welcome drinks and ice creams. The property is even better than it looks in the photos.
