Cozy Loft Near the Airport & Beach-Unit I

We only stayed at the property as a stopover before flying out the next day. It was 10 minutes from the airport so excellent location. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable and the host warm, friendly and second to none. Highly recommended.

The staff were very accommodating and the property is very comfortable and clean. It also offer a wifi and a smart tv perfect for netflix

At first, we are hesitant since the area seems to be a little far from the main highway. But rest assured, there are a lot of tricycle on the area and the staff may also assist you on booking a ride if you prefer to travel with a car. EVERYTHING IS EXCELLENT!

The loft is just like the pictures. It exceeds our expectations and looks bigger than it seems. The owner, Maam Roxanne, is very kind and accommodating in terms of helping us get the best deals of the tours, van transfers, etc.. Definitely would recommend 👌 👍

The owner was so sweet and communication was excellent, she helped us out with anything we needed. Room was spacious and comfortable and I loved that there was a kitchen so we could make food ourselves if we wanted to. The surrounding area was super quiet and very close to the beach and some nice cafes. There was a blackout while we were staying there but that is just something that happens in Puerto Princesa, wasn’t due to the property.

It’s a little bit far from the main city area and the malls but if you like walking, it’s within walking distance. There are also lots of tricycles around that can take you to areas further away so super easy to get around. The room could maybe have a small washing line so we could hang wet clothes but everything else was great.

Spacious and clean! Kitchen and fridge also allowed me to buy groceries and prepare some food myself. Roxan was a wonderful host and made sure I was well taken care of. She also helped me with renting a scooter and other transport needs. Communication was excellent.

It's a little bit out of the way, especially if you like to walk - but that also means it's nice and quiet.

Host was excellent, great communication helped organise tours, airport pickup/dropoff offered, very helpful and responsive. Location is great, consider using local trikes or hiring scooter like we did, walk to beach 10min. Wifi is pretty good. Definitely recommend.

Kitchen quite basic, would benefit from a few more utensils. Some flie screens on windows doors would be great to generate some airflow. There are occasional power outage, just island life, not hosts fault, just something to be aware of if your stay is a little longer like ours was

We had a great stay at this apartment. Everything was super clean, quiet, there are both AC/ventilator, well equipped. The owner was very helpful provided us with additional kitchen stuff, and assisted us with transportation, tours for discounted price. Recommend for families.

There is no garden outside.
