NZPrivate, very clean, and tidy. Room totally met expectations. Easy access and convenient to meet my needs. I would book and use room again if needed.
Would be great if carpark was closer to the room so as to not block entry to the owners garage in the front. This is only a suggestion and not something I did not like about the venue.

Mould in the bathroom, very small bathroom, kitchenette is not fully equipped. The pillows are obviously old, very lumpy.

Toilet basin quite small hence need to use kitchen basin for washing face and brush teeth.

Not properly insulated and it only had a small oil heater which wasn't sufficient to heat up the place. We tried to reach out to the owner to ask for another heater and we didn't hear from them. Some of the cuttlery was dirty and also when using the shower the whole bathroom would get water on the floor.
