"A wonderful place to stay for your Feringhi adventure."

The property is not posh, but cozy. The rooms are well appointed. Basic furnishing but still cozy and comfy. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Airconditioning works like a charm. We didn’t cook while we were there but you can if you want to. The location is perfect. Close to the dining spots around Feringhi. Just around the corner from Escape and The Butterfly Park. The Taman Negara is close by too. Wonderful Indian restaurant outside the gate. Our daily breakfast joint.

The general condition of the building is a little on the semi deserted side. Very few units are occupied and the complex wasn’t being maintained to a high standard. The pool was usable, but my kids were not too keen to jump into it. We did not feel unsafe though, just a little underwhelmed by the general condition of the complex.
