Really good vibe about the whole place, all staff were really friendly.

Nina is an absolutely amazing host! The hotel is brand new, everything is spotless, and the rooms are truly fantastic. With only six rooms, the place feels incredibly cozy—almost like being part of a small family. We felt completely at home and loved it so much that we decided to stay two extra nights!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Guesthouse. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet, der Pool ist erfrischend, sauber und perfekt zum Entspannen. Insgesamt herrscht ein sehr chilliges, angenehmes Ambiente mit bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zur Unterhaltung stehen Bücher, Spiele und ein Fernseher zur Verfügung. Das WLAN funktioniert meistens gut, nur in den Zimmern kann der Empfang gelegentlich schwächer sein. Das Frühstück ist klein, aber fein – die Auswahl ist zwar begrenzt, dafür sind alle Speisen frisch und gesund. Besonders praktisch ist die Möglichkeit, sich frisch zubereitete Eier in jeder Variante oder Pancakes servieren zu lassen. Außerdem stehen rund um die Uhr Wasser, Tee und Instantkaffee bereit (kostenlos).

Ein kleines Manko: Vor Ort lebt ein Hund, der zwar sehr süß ist, aber oft bellt. Abgesehen davon ist die Unterkunft sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Strand und verschiedene Restaurants sind etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Aufgrund der Dunkelheit in der Umgebung empfiehlt es sich jedoch, vor allem abends ein Tuk Tuk zu nehmen.

Wonderful staff and facilities. Really lovely stay

We (couple end twentys) were there for 4 nights in early may: Clean spacious room; super friendly staff and owner, that also helps you find a scooter or laundry and gives other recommendations ; nice pool; good breakfast with delicious omlette; you can use the lovely outside living room with (video) games; …

Nothing really to add here (only maybe that it’s too far to walk to places during the heat, but with a scooter / tuktuk, which is super cheap and easy to get, it’s no problem)

Very clean, tidy and well thought out. Beautiful interior and exterior designs, a true little oasis amongst the ‘suburbs’ of Weligama. Appreciated the easy to sign-up/accommodation specific yoga and surfing classes, beautiful breakfast and pool.

Not too long, but slightly out of town. Compare to similar accommodation in other parts of Sri Lanka, it was a bit more expensive.
