Peaceful area , good WiFi, comfortable stay and on whole clean.

Kitchen light didn’t work at all, couple of cigarette butts on back yard on arrival (we are non smokers) along with a full glass bin at front of property, shower rollers not fully working. Slightly run down in places.

The property was easy to access, location was perfect close to everything for our short stay of two nights. Communication with the owners was amazing and very helpful. The house and facilities were clean and tidy and had everything you need. Loved that there are also board games and cards for wet evenings of staying in. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

We debated the smoking rule or maybe better wording the location of smoking. There is a strictly no smoking policy inside (absolutely agree with) or in any outside spaces (which includes garden spaces, balconies, terraces, or patios) belonging to the accommodation. We felt that it would have been nicer to smoke out in the backyard garden space. Instead whenever the couple I was with wanted to smoke they would have to go stand out the front past the gate and on the road. This meant the front door was being opened and closed during the day/night and could have been annoying to the neighbours (who by the way were very lovely)
