"Stayed here in July and found the whole experience stressful and disappointing."

NOTHING

Bedsheets had not been changed, wet towels hanging over an ironing board in an airing cupboard. 4 of 6 outside chairs broken. Bedroom vertical blinds falling apart. Place anything but clean! Outside area at the back of the house was unkempt and everything badly overgrown. Photo evidence was acquired. Why aren’t property photos required to be regularly updated?? The photos for this property are completely misleading. A formal complaint was filed with Booking.com who offered and put into my account wallet the sum of £345. This complaint was NOT about money, which Booking.com were advised of. This complaint is about stopping people, like the owner of this property and Booking.com, gaining financially by being less than truthful about a property. I’m sure that Booking.com or the owner will come back with some feeble excuses/comments rather than being honest about this property. This property is not exceptional!!!! Are the photos relating to this property, TODAY, an honest representation of the property??

"Good for us!"

Cleanest place ever. Really comfortable beds. Great bathrooms. Reliable WiFi. Good location for us (grandchildren to Harry Potter, adults to Hatfield House)! Well equipped apart from kitchen utensils.

Mostly excellent. Just would have liked a bit more kitchen equipment, and more comfortable sofas. But none of those spoiled our stay
