Cordial 2 BDR w Pool Access Cyan El Gouna

Property was walkable and had a nice pool.

Upon arrival we were informed that unfortunately the blinds of the front door/window were broken but someone would be coming to fix them immediately. No one came at all throughout our stay which meant we weren’t able to access the outside through this main door and the place was very dark with the blinds stuck closed. Additionally, there were hairs on the bed sheets and the towels were dirty which makes me wonder whether or not they were cleaned between guests. One of the bathroom floors also had a spill on it which was not clean. The property said they would provide a small cleaning fee refund $25 out of the +$300 that was paid, it’s been over a week and I have yet to see the money at all. Definitely not worth the value, very frustrating.

Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert - Schlüssel war in einer Schlüsselbox die mit Code geöffnet wurde - Xurustays hat uns mit allen möglichen Informationen versorgt - sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter - die Wohnung sehr gross - modern eingerichtet - 2 Schlafzimmer 2 Bäder 1 GästeClo - die Betten sehr bequem - sehr ruhig - da wir die einzigen in diesem Haus derzeit waren hatten wir auch den Gemeinschaftspool für uns alleine - die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht - grosse Terasse mit Blick auf die Lagune
