Location was exactly as we wanted as frequent visitors

Unexpected building noise all day early till late

Excellent location. The pools are absolutely amazing. The hosts were good as I had a little trouble getting into the apartment and they came out and sorted the problem. The apartment is fully equipped to make it a wonderful stay.

The only issue is the air conditioning unit did not go below 23 degrees in the bedroom, so the room wasn’t as cool as I would have liked it. We were told the remote had been lost.

There was an awful smell for our whole stay. The host was lovely and brought us candles which masked the smell but it didn’t go away.

Admin is terrible, only sent a automated email when I booked. Didn't answer any questions after that. Changed the refund policy after I made the booking. Would not book this apartment again. Very disappointed.

Everything

The apartment was very clean & tidy had everything you needed for a self catering stay although we didn't do any cooking the utensils etc were there. The location was great just across the road from Bonanza square. Had a slight problem as there were no towels but contacted via booking.com app and was resolved within half an hour. Would definitely book again.
