I loved the cosiness and attention to detail - Louisa was a great hostess and even provided some eggs for breakfast from her precious chickens! It was a gorgeous, clean and inviting place - the perfect home away from home for a solo traveller. I liked that I could explore the immediate surroundings and come back for lunch to save myself a few bob! it was also a great location for the Minnack theatre and the sculpture gardens - Louisa gave me some great tips and ides for excursions and explorations. I had a fabulous time.

Louisa has thought of everything ,from fresh eggs from her chickens to supplying tea,coffee and sugar .the cosy cottage is immaculately presented and is a great base for exploring ,lands end only a 15 minute drive

Nothing one of the best places we have stayed in a long while

This is by far the best place we have stayed in so far, Extremely clean, modern, lovely host, nice little extras (the freshly laid eggs were tasty). I Will be recommending to family and friends.

Location was off the beaten track which was exactly what we were after. Property was lovely although the bedroom was a 'little cosy'. Fresh eggs & coffee was nice. Head away from Penzance and there are lovely country pubs and small seaside villages.

Bath towels were far too small. Outside should have a small paved area rather than stones that were sharp underfoot and required footwear at all times. Bare feet would have been nice in the heat. We weren't overly impressed with Penzance, but instead drove to St Ives and the many small seaside & fishing villages.

"A perfect place for a couple wanting to spend a single night or a month in Cornwall"

The cottage was perfect, neatly furnished, well equipped, spotlessly clean, and situated in the very centre of West Cornwall, which we wanted to explore, yet in a tranquil area. Louise was really friendly and accommodating when we had to unexpectedly change our plans, shared helpful tips on things to see and places to eat, provided us with fresh eggs and milk for breakfast, the list goes on and on, … We liked absolutely everything!
