The pool wasn’t very clean and the dryer took 3 cycles to dry a load of clothes but other than that our stay was awesome. I’m not a complainer. We were satisfied!!
USUSThe room itself was Nice and exactly as advertised, the main problem is that we had no hot water the entire stay. I spoke to someone over the phone who sent a maintenance guy quickly. He worked on the hot water heater and assured us the pilot light had just gone out, we went about our day but when we returned for the night we still had no hot water to shower. I sent a message that night but the problem was not corrected before by 10am the following morning. You can imagine several adults and children were not happy with 2 days of cold showers, we decided not to extend our stay with Eden crest.
We had no hot water for our entire stay even though we spoke to someone 2 times about the issue.
