This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 350 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The property is on a hill therefore there are several steps from the driveway down to the house and from the raised terrace to the rear patio and garden. The smoke and carbon monoxide detectors at Willows are audible only so the property may not be suited to those hard of hearing if travelling without a hearing buddy. There is a travel cot (bring your own bedding) and a travel high chair (which sits on top of a dining chair) at the property and there is a stairgate at the bottom of the stairs but please note that the maximum occupancy of 8 people at the property does include infants - this is for your comfort and safety as well as our insurance. The EV charger is a 7kw untethered type 2 - payments are made via Monta when you scan the QR code. For safety & security the front driveway area is monitored by RING cameras. A completed booking form detailing the guests on the booking and their nationality must be received no later than 14 days before your arrival date or within 24 hours of booking if booked within 14 days of arrival. Passport details are required for any guests who are not British, Irish or Commonwealth citizens. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
