Skyline View Apartment - 15th Floor Bliss

I must say that check-in and check-out experience was 10/10, very easy and clear instructions. Parking was awsome, easy, comfortable and safe

The apartment wasn´t ready when we arrived. The reservation was made for 5 people but there were only 4 made beds. We called the host and he told us we can unfold the sofa by ourselfs. It was very difficult to do. They claim in the discription that there are 2 sofa beds, well there was only 1. We booked this mainly because of that so that is a disappointment. The apartment was not overall clean ( stains on the sofa bed, walls, sticky silverwear and dust).

The apartment was pretty comfy and really warm (very cold outside). The location is great. We had no problem checking in or out and liked the place overall. The flat definitely presents value for the money.

The mattresses were not the most comfortable. Specially in the master bedroom where the bed only had two snigle-bed mattress, which moved part and made sleeping not very comfortable.

Spacious apartment at good location with a private parking spot in garage. A football stadium and NTC is literally across the road so it is an ideal stay in case you are attending sport venue or a concert in those facilities. Price was alright. Communication with owner was good but only in English (for someone this could be a problem), he asked if everything was alright upon our arrival.

We couldn't close the balcony doors situated in living room. The owner didn't warn us upfront, only acknowledged it after reporting it. It was summer so it wasn't really a problem but in other cases (traveling with a child, bad weather) it could be a problem. Also the apartment could use a better cleaning and some renovation.
