Good location, friendly host

The communication in the beginning was good, direction to property was excellent with excellent explanation to get in. Location was excellent, and very clean.

Unfortunately the interpretation of the pictures showed a little more height than reality. The shower has a beam going through it, so if you are tall like my husband even less space then the average shower in Italy. The bed is very uncomfortable. The communication was less than desirable. Questions were answered with sarcasm and host was very rude. Response did not indicate solution then a few days later we would get a picture of an item in the mail box. We left a day early and on departure we let them know and put the keys in their lock box. We quickly got a response that taxes were not paid. Now in their defence we thought we paid it through the booking. But the communication to figure things out was really rude and threatening. Which was really unnecessary.

A fantastic little apartment with everything you could possibly need on a short visit/break.....Spotlessly clean !! 👍 Location is perfect - Step out the door, and the Del Campo faces you. The host was fantastic.....Always helpful, and very informative regarding sights and restaurant recommendations 👌🍷🇮🇹👍😉 When back in Siena, I will be immediately checking it's availability...

The location was great and the facilities were clean.

Obviously being top floor it was a bit tight to get into, but there is an elevator to the sixth floor, it’s just inside the apartment that’s a squeeze.

Great location and everything one could need for a stay.

The low beams and the stairs inside could be challenging for some.
