Sakin bir konumda, binanın önünde özel park yeri var. Belirttiğimiz saatte evin önünde ev sahibi Costas bizi karşıladı. Ev sahibi güleryüzlü ve cana yakın. Bize çok yardımcı oldu. Bizi kendi aracıyla aldı ve kısa bir şehir turu yaptık. Ev tertemiz, mutfak gereçleri yeterli. İkram için bol miktarda su ve kahve vardı. Balkonda masa ve sandalyeler var. Deniz manzarası güzel.

Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schlüssel steckte in der Türe, sehr unkompliziert. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, im Kühlschrank fanden wir alles für ein leckeres Frühstück und viele Wasserflaschen waren vorbereitet. Bis ins Zentrum ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Besitzer gibt gerne viele Tipps (Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, etc.) für Alexandroupolis und Umgebung! Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Leider ist die Heißwasserversorgung bei Schlechtwetter (aufgrund der Solaranlage) unzureichend gegeben.

Parkplatz sehr bequem zum einparken, ruhige Lage, die stadtzentrum nach 15 Minuten laufen zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Nächste mal kommen wir sehr gerne wieder
