La ubicación de la urbanización....NADA MAS

Apartamento 903. Sofá cama roto... 5 cucarachas. .muebles de terraza rotos. Jardineras oxidadas, humedad en la pared del aire acondicionado del salón, no tiene Netflix, ni plancha ni se ven todos los canales en la tv , salida antes de las 11 de la mañana pero la entrada a las 4 de la tarde en plena ola de calor.... Por no tener no tiene ni cajones en el dormitorio principal y al metido dentro del armario una cómoda de fuera....patético. Encima el encargado....super prepotente y muy chulo ,negando todo....es una pena de apartamenro Mucho marbella pero es para reformarlo entero

Excelente terraço com a piscina em frente e a praia; O apartamento tem todos os utensílios para preparar as refeições em casa e inclusive lavar as roupas Achei que o apartamento tinha imenso potencial mas necessita de uma reforma para ter um aspecto mais actual; Mas não é assim tão ruim conforme algumas opiniões

O mobiliário era um pouco antigo, como referi acho que uma reforma potencializaria o apartamento que é super bem localizado e com excelente posição solar

Location was good although supermarket was a short drive. Would have been nice to have one on sight.

They lock the pools and cannot take a morning dip before breakfast. They open at 10:30an which is late for early birds. The host was not friendly at all and neither were his colleagues. Very uncooperative when asked for extra sheets as wanted to sleep in living area as no AC in bedrooms. Bedrooms were warm and they were very unaccomodating. Property doesn’t say no AC in rooms which it should state. Property looks bigger in pictures, actually smaller in reality. Dirty sheets, dirty outside table and area which was not cleaned. Don’t know why I paid 15 euro for early check in and the place wasn’t cleaned. Rust also along the fridge doors. And they have the cheek to ask you to empty the trash on departure! They also give one washing tablet and two dishwasher tablets. They should have enough for at least 5 nights stay. An Airbnb always stocks up and leave essential food bits as a welcome in the fridge. Basically don’t even get the bare essentials here!

We loved the location, so close to the beach and the pool-area. The surroundings is very well maintained and it’s a really wonderful place to spend your holiday in. The apartment has everything you need and it is clean. Beds are okey. The pictures on the website is accurate

The apartment has a simple standard compare to the outside space, but it was ok because we spent most of our time outside. We had some problems with the air conditioner the last 3 days (it didn’t cool the room so it was very worm during night time) but I think they fixed that by now but for next rentals. Just unlucky for us.
