The location was great and the price was very good

The kitchen equipment (eg pots and pans) were old and worn out. One of the shower plugs were blocked so the shower water didn’t drain. No basic condiments in the kitchen provided eg salt, cooking oil. No coffee machine or cafetière. Toaster only for two. Bed linen was not found in the sofa storage as the email stated it would be. Not enough chairs provided for kitchen table.

The property was spacious and was well furnished - the decor and style was great. The master bedroom was spacious and was nice to have a big TV in there.

I felt like the whole property could of done with a deep clean- the bathrooms needed a good scrub to get rid of the mould, under the beds needed a hoover and the kitchen extractor fan and hopefully needed degreasing. Generally the house was clean and tidy but when you looked closer it wasn't. The ensuite shower filter was clogged so the tray filled up within minutes of being in the shower and the master bedroom door swelled so that you had to really pull it to get it open. Also we could of done with more mugs in the cupboards- for a house that sleeps 8 there wasn't enough mugs! It would have also been nice to have a few chairs out in the courtyard so we could have a cup of tea in the sunshine!

Good location in Harrogate

Absolutely filthy, covered in mould. Unsafe wiring (which certainly wouldn’t have passed a safety test). So bad we had to leave after one night and find somewhere else due to health concerns over the mould.

Great location for getting around Yorkshire. Good layout of rooms

Not enough of seating for number of people advertised. Needs a little more cutely and cooking equipment and dish washer doesn’t clean well. Parking a little bit of an issue.

Location with 1 parking space, bedroom and bathrooms great .

There were 5 of us staying and there wasn’t space down stairs in the living room for us to sit together. A friend had to get some bean bags for us to use. Plus no milk , bread was left out and no cafetière to make coffee
