I know the complex well. I liked the fact it was easy access to the pool. Well equipped - you could cook there easily. Comfortable beds, homely and v good air con. The communication around keys etc was very good.

Fomos em junho, o condomínio estava muito calmo, o que é óptimo para crianças. A casa tem todas as comodidades necessárias e está bem equipada. As duas piscinas são boas para crianças.

Nada de especial. Pequenas situações de manutenção (2 lâmpadas fundidas, uma peça numa torneira) que se resolvem num instante. Rever a possibilidade de ter dois conjuntos de chaves porque mesmo para sair de casa é preciso chaves - com apenas um conjunto ou quem sai vai sem chaves ou quem fica em casa não tem chaves para sair em caso de emergência. A zona da cozinha tem pouca iluminação natural. Precisa sempre de acender a luz.

Great property, very quite condominium, great pool access, close to everything you need (BLISS, beach, golf, park, ocean). Very cozy!

Need technical maintenance: sharpen the knives, clean the hair from the bathroom and sink so that the water goes out smoothly, change the bbq stuffing. It would be nice to see a pair of coffee capsules, washing machine/dishwater tablets, etc
