Children & Extra Person Policy Children 0–5 years old: stay free of charge when using existing bedding Children 6–11 years old: charged VND 850,000/child/night when using existing bedding (breakfast included). From 12 years old and above: considered as adults and charged VND 1,850,000/person/night (breakfast included). Each room can accommodate up to 2 children aged 11 or below sharing existing bedding with their parents (surcharges may apply as mentioned above). All cots, extra beds, and special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Access to certain facilities may be subject to the regulations of Da Nang Mikazuki Hotel and Mikazuki Water Park 365, including opening hours and age/height/weight restrictions for slides and adventure games. Please provide the name of the lead guest who will be staying at the time of booking. The credit card holder’s name must match the name of the guest staying at the hotel. In compliance with Vietnamese Government regulations, all guests are required to present valid identification upon check-in. - For foreign guests: A passport with a valid visa or entry/exit stamp, - For Vietnamese guests: A Citizen Identification Card (CCCD), the VNeID application, or a Level 2 Birth Certificate with a personal identification code (for children), issued by a competent authority, is required. Please kindly present the above documents upon check-in. A cash or credit card security deposit of VND 1,000,000 per room per night is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. Please note that the property accepts online payment by credit card with ONEPAY, a secure payment gateway. Payment should be made via secured link to guarantee the booking. Breakfast is available for an extra charge of VND 400000 per person per day when booking breakfast-exclusive rates. Please note: Renovation and enhancement works at the Hinode Garden Area of Da Nang Mikazuki will begin on October 1, 2025, and will continue until further notice. During this period, all other facilities and services across the property will remain fully operational and unaffected, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
