Insufficient services and absent, habitual and inefficient staff. We found the bathroom broken and after contacting 3 times no one helped me, they read and did not respond. They are thieves

Everything. uncomfortable, far away, not very clean, small and broken bathroom. I was not helped, absent and unpleasant staff. I contacted and they did not help me

Good location, near the city center. Apartment was cozy and comfy. Nice kitchen. Two bathrooms. Nice bathroom downstairs (upstairs bathroom not so nice). Reasonable price (but not reasonable cleaning fee).

Check-in was from 16:00. We arrived around 16:30 and we could not find the key in the box. We tried to open the door and found that the apartment was open since there was still a cleaning team (3 people). They did not speak English and they just said hello and continued their work. I tried to call the host but no success. We stayed outside without knowing how long we will wait. Fortunately, after 10 minutes they finished and we could enter. Unfortunately, the place was not cleaned properly. I expected more since the cleaning fee was 62 EUR (highest I've ever seen). I've attached few photos. The biggest drawbacks were: - Something like unwashed blood on one of the towels - Something that looked like blood on stairs - Stains on sofa - Dust in corners of the furniture below the TV (minor issue) Issues with the upstairs bathroom: - Leaky shower hose - The shower drain was clogged - Area behind the toilet was not cleaned properly - Something like dirt or mold on the shower curtain Also, you could hear sounds and noise from other apartments through the walls but overall the stay was comfy. It will be very nice apartment once they manage the cleaning routine properly.

The building was very warm and well organized.
