Very disappointed walking in to stain on

On entering the carvan I noticed the benches was heavily stained so I decided to check the mattresses where I found a urine stain possibly from a child. I rang to complain to owner and said I was not happy and wanted a refund but Owner sent cleaner. To look and clean she tried to convince me it’s probably juice from a child being in bed. But it was urine the sofas were also heavily stained the owner said to convince me it’s probably where drinks been spilt it was filthy he told me to get blankets to cover if I was not happy On the profile of van. It looks like there’s a view of a a green or field instead what it don’t show is your either looking at the car park and bins. Or the back of another van as this was row 2. Paying £575 for this was a big disappointments there was rust on radiators and heated towel rail. And toilet roll holder and on decking some small damage to rails Then I couldn’t remove key from door. I rang him to explain he did say he get a man out in morning and was not at all concerned a woman on her own so if I lock from inside it could still be opened I said I’d keep trying and did explain having a dog in with me I did felt safe. He did say he would discuss some sort of discount but that never happened the shower also was dirty. And you had to hold the shower head as it was to big for the fitting for it

Great location, more than enough room, good sized shower with lots of hot water.

Great place to stay with children and dog. Very clean and had everything we needed. Staff very helpful.
