USIt was new / new condition
They have custom gift boxes… you open it up and it’s regular tiny shampoo and conditioner for the bathroom. The kitchen one is a couple of detergent pods and a sponge. They don’t include paper towels at all, and they only give you one trash bag. It’s noisy there, and if you’re sensitive to this, there’s substantial mold and water intrusion at the bedroom window. It’s a really far walk from the parking garage to the unit. And it’s complicated, checking in all the different pieces of that puzzle just turn into a hassle. Lastly, is no noisy in the units as soon as the next-door neighbors come home you can hear them talking. You can really hear people walking upstairs.
